Fixed Price Contracts

If your project has a well-established scope and a clear design vision, our fixed (stipulated) price contracts could be a great option for you. As the cost and scope of the project is agreed upon and paid up-front, a fixed price contract reduces ongoing budget concerns and stress. This option provides more cost predictability for projects where anticipated changes are minimal.
