Wallace & Company provided full construction management services for a dramatic upgrade to both the main and upper lobbies at 4601 Canada Way, a prominent commercial office building in Burnaby.
The project involved the complete removal of all existing finishes and the installation of high-quality, modern materials, including large-format tile, plastic laminate wall panels, wood slat wall and ceiling panels, acoustic wall treatments, and designer light fixtures. The result is a striking and contemporary space that enhances the building’s image and creates a welcoming atmosphere for tenants and visitors.
Working in collaboration with Gustavson Wylie Architect Inc. and international design consultant M Moser Associates, Wallace & Company ensured the renovation was delivered on schedule, with meticulous attention to detail and minimal disruption to daily operations.
