Wallace & Company constructed a new 37,615 sq. ft. tilt-up concrete building with 5,600 sq. ft. of office and mezzanine space in Campbell Heights Industrial Park. The facility features a 32-foot clear-height warehouse, level and dock loading, and a curtain wall glazing system with composite metal panels.
Following completion of the base building, Wallace & Company carried out tenant improvements for Hardbite’s new corporate offices and chip processing facility. The office scope included executive offices, staff areas, and quality assurance/testing facilities. The process scope included a chip production area, warehouse, and distribution facility, incorporating insulated metal panels (IMP), epoxy floor coatings, sprinkler and fire alarm systems, and coordination for installation of process equipment, systems, and racking structures.
