Wallace & Company completed tenant improvements at Canada Place Level 10K. The scope included selective demolition of former offices and a control room to expand the west baggage area and improve visibility of the lower escalator landing for cruise passenger traffic flow. Work also included installation of four overhead rolling grilles.
The project was completed on a critical schedule to ensure readiness before the start of the cruise ship season.
