Wallace & Company completed multiple projects at Broadmoor Mall, enhancing both the overall shopping centre and individual tenant spaces.
In addition, Wallace & Company delivered a full tenant improvement for a new Subway restaurant within the mall. This project was completed on a fast-track schedule, ensuring the retail space was ready for business quickly while meeting the brand’s strict design and construction standards.
Phase 1 involved selective demolition and hazardous material abatement within a portion of the existing shopping mall, followed by the construction of new landlord improvements. Work included new exterior canopies and high-quality exterior finishes.
