Wallace & Company completed a tenant improvement within the Eagle Landing Shopping Centre to create a new IHOP restaurant.
The project included extensive underslab services and coordination with owner-supplied equipment and furnishings to meet IHOP’s corporate service and image requirements. Finishes included ceramic tile, safety flooring, wall graphics and wall protection, stainless steel paneling, custom wall coverings, and specialty lighting.
