Wallace & Company constructed Kal Tire #660, a 5,824 sq. ft., five-bay retail automotive service facility. The building features a concrete foundation with structural steel framing, and masonry and steel stud exterior walls. Exterior finishes include EIFS, brick veneer, metal cladding, steel canopies, and aluminum storefronts. Interior spaces include a retail showroom, offices and staff amenities, a storage area, and provisions for owner-supplied equipment.
