Wallace & Company completed the interior addition of a health studies facility, which included new foundations, a second-floor structure, and exterior envelope upgrades. Interior spaces were designed to simulate hospital rooms and services and also included offices and classrooms.
Building systems incorporated air and vacuum lines, a hot water HVAC ventilation system, and specialty technical and audio-visual systems. The project achieved LEED Silver Certification.
