Wallace & Company completed a facility expansion and reconfiguration for a chocolate production facility. The project included expanding the mezzanine and reconfiguring the layout to accommodate new production equipment, along with the construction of a new test kitchen. Work was carried out while the facility remained fully operational, requiring close coordination with staff to minimize disruption. The refrigeration scope was delivered under a design-build contract.
