Wallace & Company completed a 22-unit residential development in the heart of Chinatown. Constructed between existing heritage buildings on zero-lot-line boundaries, the project required careful coordination and planning to overcome site and structural constraints.
Finishes included architectural concrete, imported kitchens, wood flooring, frameless glazing, and ceramic and stone tile, contributing to a modern interior within a historically sensitive urban context.
