Crescent Custom Yachts – Manufacturing Facility

Wallace & Company constructed a 30,000 sq. ft. yacht manufacturing facility designed for the production of 80- to 130-foot custom yachts.

The project included concrete foundations on grade and a pre-engineered building with a 100-foot clear span and a 43-foot clear height. To accommodate vessel movement, six large removable wall panels (each ranging from 15 ft. x 37 ft. to 41 ft.) were incorporated into the building design.
