Wallace & Company constructed the 102,600 sq. ft. Eagle Landing Shopping Centre, a multi-tenant, multi-building retail complex. The buildings feature concrete foundations, structural steel framing, and a combination of masonry and steel stud exterior walls.
Exterior finishes included EIFS, cultured stone, glulam beams, cedar fascias, fabric awnings, metal composite panels, curtain wall, and aluminum storefront systems. The project also included asphalt paving and landscaping site improvements.
