Wallace & Company completed the addition of a 3,500 sq. ft., 64-foot-high equipment tower within an existing production facility.
The project required removal of the existing floor slab, excavation, and placement of a new raft slab to support the heavier building and equipment loads. The existing roof structure was also upgraded to handle increased snow loads associated with the new tower. The tower envelope was finished with insulated metal panels and an EPDM roof membrane.
