Wallace & Company delivered a 40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility for the production of 65- to 125-foot custom yachts. The pre-engineered structure features a 100-foot clear span and 50-foot clear height, supported by concrete foundations on piles with a slab-on-grade floor.
Key features include radiant in-floor heating, a 125-foot-long paint booth, finish carpentry shops, and administrative and employee support facilities. The project also incorporated launching and docking facilities, as well as a dedicated security building.
