Wallace & Company delivered a 35,000 sq. ft. single-rink facility featuring spectator seating, a multi-purpose room, offices, a canteen, dressing rooms, and mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and ice resurfacing rooms.
The facility was constructed using insulated tilt-up panels for durability and energy efficiency, combined with a cost-effective clear-span stress skin structure. This design allows the building to be cooled and heated simultaneously while meeting current ASHRAE requirements.
