Wallace & Company completed exterior renovations, interior re-demising, and tenant improvement work at the busy Semiahmoo Mall shopping centre.
Civil work included extensive regrading, installation of new concrete pavers, landscaping, new concrete planters and stairs, and site fixtures. Exterior building improvements featured new brick, Hardie soffits, longboard aluminum siding, and stucco finishes. Interior work included a sushi restaurant tenant improvement and re-demising of existing tenant areas.
