Sumas Center – Building F & Farm Credit Canada Tenant Improvement

Wallace & Company delivered a new 11,500 sq. ft. office building at Sumas Center, constructed with concrete foundations and a structural steel frame. The building features insulated wall panels, slim brick, aluminum storefronts, and sunshades.

Following completion of the base building, Wallace & Company carried out an 11,500 sq. ft. tenant improvement for Farm Credit Canada. The space included executive offices, a boardroom, meeting rooms, and administration and staff areas. Extensive wall, ceiling, and air distribution system acoustics were incorporated to ensure privacy and confidentiality for client interactions.
