Wallace & Company constructed a new 2,450 sq. ft. administration building and completed extensive site improvements for the Vancouver By-Law Impound Lot. The building is a steel-frame and masonry structure with metal cladding, architectural concrete, and aluminum curtain wall elements.
Site work included construction of surface parking for 154 vehicles, installation of perimeter fencing and security systems, and remediation of contaminated soils.
