Wallace & Company delivered a new 11,000 sq. ft. maintenance building and a 1,150 sq. ft. truck wash building, along with major upgrades to existing civil services. Both structures were built with concrete tilt-up panels, steel framing, and insulated wall systems.
The maintenance building includes dedicated areas for parts, tools, welding, and staff facilities, with operational equipment such as an overhead crane, truck lift, and paint booth. A high-polish concrete floor finish was installed to enhance the work environment.
The wash building is an open-air structure equipped with high-pressure washing equipment and a controlled drainage system.
