Wallace & Company completed the AIBC award-winning restoration and reconstruction of the Wing Sang Building, the oldest structure in Vancouver’s historic Chinatown. The project created new corporate offices while preserving the heritage character of the building.
The scope included selective demolition and extensive structural upgrades to meet current seismic requirements, achieved using reinforced shotcrete. The restored facility features private art galleries, corporate office space, a full-service elevator, rooftop landscaping, and high-end finishes throughout
